Shipping & Returns



BandMerch makes every effort to ship every order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items shipping generally occurs between 1-3 business days (24-72 hours/M-F excluding holidays) from the placement of your order. Shipment for pre-orders and special item orders are governed by rules associated with the item, generally published on the items feature page within the store. Look for updates on your special orders published regularly on these pages. Occasionally due to quality issues or difficulties beyond our control, items ship later than these guidelines. If you feel your purchase is taking longer than expected, please contact customer service from the provided contact button conveniently located in the Lower Right corner of all store pages.


We sincerely hope that you enjoy your Fine Ass Girls purchase; however, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to starting your return to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for a return.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt to receive a store credit only.
  • Merchandise purchased online must be returned via mail to Fine Ass Girls' Distribution Center. We do not accept in-person drop offs at our Distribution Center and Corporate Office.
  • All returned items MUST include the order # and the completed return request form in the package (see below for return label form)
  • Merchandise returned must be in new / unused and unwashed condition (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume or wear) and must include attached product tags.
  • Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. 
  • We are unable to accept returns on "intimates" (i.e. jewelry / accessories, boy shorts)
  • Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility unless you received the wrong item.

To return merchandise, please complete the return label and form.  Affix the return label to the outside of the packing box/envelope. Include the return form with your merchandise and mail to Bandmerch.  You may utilize your preferred shipping method; however we recommend returning merchandise via a traceable carrier.  

Once your return has been received, a store credit will be issued to you within 10-14 business day from the date the return is received by Bandmerch.
